Meet Andrea

I hold a Masters of Arts Degree in Clinical Counseling with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Eastern University with a Bachelor of Science in psychology. I am a certified Life Coach from the Institute for Life Coach Training, which is an ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited program. I have 8+ years of experience working with individuals living with a disability, helping increase independence & improve quality of life. I wanted to continue my passion of building insight in others to live a fulfilling life in a different role and setting.

I grew up in a large Greek family in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA. I enjoy spending time outside in nature and love the sun, moon & stars. I cherish time with my husband, dog, family and friends. I take pleasure in good food, the beach and different adventures. I like to make time for working out, meditation, traveling, cooking, baking, teaching myself to play the ukulele and daily gratitude. My goal is to empower you to utilize and develop your own resources so you can heal, thrive, and become your idealized self.
